Ammeråns Fiskecamp AB – Booking and Stay Terms

1. Booking

  • When using our booking system, you first send a booking request — this does not automatically reserve your spot. This helps us avoid double bookings.

  • We manually review each request and usually confirm within 1–2 hours.

  • For urgent bookings or to double-check availability, please call or send an SMS/WhatsApp to +46 70 591 76 12. We speak Swedish, German, and English.

  • To book, we need your name, address, arrival and departure dates, and payment method.

  • Bookings may only be made by persons 20 years or older, and ID may be checked at arrival.


2. Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws in Sweden.

Collection and use of data

We process personal data such as name, phone number, email address, license plate number, booking information and payment information solely for the purpose of handling bookings, managing stays, invoicing, communication with guests and fulfilling legal obligations.

Online booking

When using our online booking system, your data will be processed for managing bookings, stays and payments.

WiFi

When using our WiFi network, technical connection data such as IP address, device, time and duration of use may be stored to provide the service and to ensure network security and prevent misuse.

Video surveillance

Parts of the campsite may be under video surveillance for security reasons. Recordings are stored only for a limited period and are automatically deleted unless required to investigate incidents.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send information and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and website

Our website uses cookies and possibly analytics tools to operate the website, improve user experience and analyze website usage.

Data sharing

Personal data will only be shared if necessary for booking, payment processing, IT services, accounting or if required by law.

Data retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as legal retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority:
Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.

3. Payment

  • Available payment methods depend on your country: Abroad (outside Sweden): usually bank transfer; in exceptional cases, payment by card on site. Sweden: Swish or card is possible on site.

  • Full payment details are always included in your booking confirmation, which also provides your guest card code.

4. Arrival & Departure

  • Camping pitches: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.

  • Cabins & houses: Flexible check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM if end cleaning is booked, otherwise 12:00 PM.

  • Hostel: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.

  • Houses and cabins have key boxes, so arrival outside normal reception hours is possible if desired.

5. Cancellation & No-Show

General

  • Cancellations must always be in writing: via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Phone or verbal cancellations are not valid.

  • A 100 SEK handling fee applies to all cancellations unless otherwise stated.

  • No-Show (not arriving without prior cancellation) → 100 % of the booking price applies.

  • Important: A cancellation is only valid once you have received a written confirmation from us. This confirmation is the official proof of your cancellation.

Camping Pitches

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: full refund

  • 48–24 hours before arrival: 100 SEK retained, rest refunded.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show / booked pitch 1 day charge:100 % of the booking price.

  • Note: For phone bookings, the payment link will be come to the booked number; no further data is needed.

Cabins & Houses

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100 SEK handling fee.

  • 30–14 days before arrival: handling fee + 50 % of the total stay.

  • Less than 13 days before arrival or no-show:100 % of the total stay.

6. During Your Stay

  • Ammeråns Fiskecamp is a quiet, relaxing place — socializing is welcome, but please respect other guests.

  • Noise: After 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum. Persistent disturbance may lead to removal from the campsite without refund.

7. Cleaning & Accommodation

  • Standard: Guests return cabins, houses, and hostel rooms in the same condition as received. They do the cleaning by theirself.

  • Optional end cleaning: must be booked at least 1 day before departure, not on the day of departure.

  • If accommodations are left untidy, we may hire external cleaning at the guest’s cost.

  • Waste and hygienicartikel must be disposed of in designated bins; nothing should go into toilets or sinks.

8. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to accommodation, equipment, boats, or the site, including oil or water spills.

  • Damages must be reported immediately via SMS/WhatsApp; you will receive a confirmation. Failure to report is considered as no notification.

9. Pets

  • Pets are allowed in designated accommodations, let us know if you take your best friend with you 

  • Only with leash at the whole campsite

  • No dogs allowed in the servicebuildung, toilets and kitchen or cafe

  • Owners must clean up immediately

10. Boats & Fishing

  • Boats are handed over in good condition. Any damages or improper use must be reported immediately — guest is responsible for costs.

  • Fishing license is not included; guests are responsible for holding a valid license and following all local fishing regulations (IFISKE)

11. Insurance

  • Camping Key Europe (paid version) provides accident coverage on site.

  • This is not mandatory, but we recommend guests have adequate personal insurance.

12. Winter & Electricity

  • Electricity is for lights, TV, and appliances only, not for heating.

  • Winter camping: use gas or diesel heaters. The electrical system cannot handle heating devices.

  • Power outages are considered force majeure — water, toilets, and showers may be affected. We are not liable for disruptions.

13. Force Majeure

  • Events outside our control (storms, authorities, power outages, etc.) release Ammeråns Fiskecamp from liability for damages or compensation.

15. Waste & Cleanliness

  • Please leave accommodations clean and as you found them.

  • Use designated trash containers; nothing goes into toilets except normal waste.

16. Additional Notes

  • Charging electric cars is not allowed — our electrical system is not built for this and it can be dangerous. Violations may result in fees or removal.

  • All special agreements must be confirmed in writing by us to be valid.
